5.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
5.3 Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
5.4 All products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the product(s) you have ordered is not in stock, Craft Editions will inform you as soon as possible. We may decline to sell any product to you for any reason. We are not obliged to tell you the reason for our decision.
5.5 The description of the product(s) you order will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. However due to the handmade nature of the product(s) each item is unique and there may be small variations to the description on the web site.

12.2 A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
13.1 If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
